About Me

Professional Journey

My foundation is deep and physical: 14+ years running ISP backbone and enterprise networks — MPLS core, BGP/OSPF, multi-vendor troubleshooting at carrier scale.

On top of that foundation, I build software. At ServiceNow I design and ship production tools and applied-AI systems that automate network operations — full-stack platforms, LLM-based data extraction, and network automation at scale.

I was the first engineer at TPG Telecom to bring CI/CD into network operations, and I've kept pushing that builder mindset ever since — from scripts to full applications.

Today I focus on the intersection of networking and applied AI: using LLMs and RAG to make live network state queryable, and to remove manual toil from day-to-day operations.
